Units
Our spacious floor to ceiling kennels are made out of insulated poly panel, nice and cool in summer and toasty warm in winter. The complex is roofed and fully enclosed with large roller doors at one end. Everyone sleeps on comfy trampoline style beds, or plastic bucket style beds, raised off the floor. Plenty of bedding is supplied, and jackets in winter.
FoodWe feed a Nutrience complete dry food twice a day, at 12pm and again at 6pm. We also use a variety of other food for fussy eaters, including Mighty Mix, treats and wet food. If you would prefer your pet to have their own diet or they are on a special diet please bring it along and we are happy to feed it at no extra cost. Please ensure all food is secured in a hard container, clearly labelled with your pets name and the amount to be fed. No rawhide chews or bones please.
Bedding
We prefer to use our own bedding, so we can clean, dry or replace it as often as necessary to keep your pet comfortable. However, you can bring your own if you wish. Beanbags are not accepted, because if they burst the beans pose a threat to the health of our pets. Duvets are not suitable as they are difficult to keep clean and dry.

Playtime
Our intention is to have our dogs outside as much as possible, in one of our 11 securely fenced runs attached to the kennel complex. Times may vary depending on weather, but groups are run in rotations between 7.00am and 6pm. This usually means they are outside about 4 hours a day in total. It means they have plenty of play time but also rest time. Timings are modified for very young or very old dogs.
MedicationWe can administer all types of medication and are happy to do so at no extra charge. Please bring all required medication in clearly named packaging with the correct dosage on it.
