Online Customer Portal
Existing customers registering for the first time in the portal:
Follow the "bookings click here" links in orange.
Enter your email address as held on our records and select the "I don't know my password" link.
You will be emailed a reset code and requested to choose and confirm a new password for registration.
Follow the prompts to log in.
Logging in
Logging in will take you to your customer portal - Here you can manage your and your pets details, vaccination records, make bookings requests, keep us current with your latest pet profile pictures and more
Please note:
In the portal you can add a request for any booking dates that you require.Submit any changes you want to booking dates, or pet details however, these changes will require approval by staff prior to being accepted.
All bookings are subject to confirmation - form submission is not booking acceptance
Emails will be cleared at least morning, midday and evening to confirm bookings
